The Sale Hours are Thursday and Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm, and Saturday from 9:00am to 2:00pm.
Free admission and no buyer restrictions
- Thursday September 17 full price - $4 for hardbacks and $3 for softbacks, Children's books are $2 and $1. DVDs, CDs and vinyl records priced at $2
- Friday September 18 half price day, including A/V
- Saturday September 19 $5 bag day (including DVDs, CDs and vinyl records)
Members of the Friends of the Chatham Community Library receive 10% discount on purchases of $5 or more on Thursday and Friday
Higher value books are priced individually
Unique collections at this sale: mountain and rock climbing, trains and railroads, quilting, and children's books in French
*Specially priced “blue dot” books ($10 and above) will be available in our Collectors Corner room on Thursday and Friday of the sale. Blue dot books sell at full price on Thursday and half price on Friday (10% Friends of CCL member discount applies). Also included in the Collectors Corner room will be the current inventory from our online bookstore https://friendsccl.org/Store. These items range from popular fiction and nonfiction to rare and collectible books. Online books will be sold for full price on both days (less 10% Friends of CCL member discount). Find the Collectors Corner in the large study room at the east end of the library. If you order online bookstore books, you may pick them up at the sale.
**Safety policy - please note that no large containers will be allowed into the sale room at any time. This includes bins and extra-large bags.
